Returns & exchanges

Each piece of Vasia Soulioti jewelry is handmade. If you aren’t happy with your purchase please contact me within 10 days of receiving your jewelry. Ship items back within 20 days of delivery.

I will accept items that haven’t been worn or damaged. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that for hygiene reasons I cannot accept exchanges or returns for any earrings.

Please note – all returns from outside of Europe are subject to a €30,00 fee to cover duties paid by me in receiving your return.

About the rings

Please specify your exact ring size in any format. But if you make a mistake, you can send the ring to me and I will change its size.

Cancellations

I accept cancellations that are made within 24 hours from the purchace.
